In the heart of the 16th arrondissement, this prestigious 320 m² apartment has been restored to its former grandeur through an extensive renovation by RIVAS ARCHITECTURE. The project focuses on creating a sophisticated dialogue between the site's Art Deco heritage and a contemporary narrative, honoring the original architecture while infusing it with refined modern luxury.

The centerpiece of the transformation lies in the architectural re-engineering of the ceilings, which were entirely recreated to sculpt the volumes across the 320 m² floor plan. This structural work is enhanced by a masterly lighting design: a subtle interplay of integrated LED strips within the cornices and bespoke cabinetry highlights the geometric precision of each space.
