HOTEL “maison bauchart” - Paris
Located in the prestigious Golden Triangle of Paris, Maison Bauchart has been restored to its former glory through a masterful renovation by RIVAS ARCHITECTURE. This late 18th-century private mansion, spanning over 1,000 m², was entirely reimagined to become an extraordinary destination. The project revolves around a main pavilion and historic crescent-shaped stables, whose unique curved architecture was preserved to enhance the site’s historical identity.
The challenge was to restore the building’s original spirit while infusing it with a modern vision of luxury and comfort. Every space, from the primary structure to the refined details of the spa, was designed as a balanced composition where noble materials and cutting-edge technology meet seamlessly. This profound transformation restores meaning and coherence to this heritage site, bridging its historical legacy with contemporary excellence.
